I believe healing doesn’t have to be boring—and therapy shouldn’t feel like a lecture. With over 20 years of experience, I help clients break through emotional blocks using experiential, body-based, and out-of-the-box techniques that go far beyond basic talk therapy.
This work is personal for me: it’s the same approach that helped me heal from depression and an eating disorder. Now, I’m passionate about offering that same transformation to others. My team and I create a safe, supportive space where you can reconnect with joy, release what’s holding you back, and build a life that actually feels good from the inside out.

Through gentle body-based practices, movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, we’ll reconnect with your nervous system and create space for true healing—not just coping. This approach is ideal if you often feel stuck, disconnected, or like your emotions live in your body (tight chest, clenched jaw, racing heart... sound familiar?).
You don’t have to relive every detail to heal. You just need a space where your body feels safe to let go.
